Your new role
Responsible for planning and daily operations of the medical laboratory
Perform various medical testing procedures (e.g., haematology, biochemistry, immunology, urinalysis), primarily using flow cytometry
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (including flow cytometers, haematology analysers, centrifuges, microscopes, etc.)
Conduct quality control (QC), instrument calibration, and maintain related records
Draft and review laboratory test reports
Collect and process various specimens (e.g., blood, urine, etc.)
Manage the blood collection appointment system and communicate with clients regarding testing matters
Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors and handle related administrative documentation
Comply with local laboratory management regulations and relevant quality system requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
Familiar with laboratory testing procedures and routine instrument operation
Understanding of GMP, ISO, and other quality management systems
Must hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technologist registration under the Allied Health Profession Act
Detail-oriented, with strong professional ethics and awareness of laboratory safety
Strong communication skills, responsible, and a good team player
