Your new role

Based in Shah alam, this position is the head HR of the department leading people matters for malaysia and singapore with a team. You will be tasked to spearhead the merging acquisition process when it comes to performance management, culture transformation, workforce planning, rewards/benefits harmonisation and policies. Talents passionate about change management and have proven experience in leading exercises as such are highly desirable. Willingness to be hands-on and to roll up their sleeves in a lean environment for the time being is a non-negotiable

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably more than 15 years work experience and 6 years in a managerial position

• Highly preferred from the logistics or freight forwarding industry

• Must have proven experience in leading change management initiatives

• Must have merging acquisition experience

• Must be tech-savvy and well-versed in using Oracle, Workday, SAP
