General Manager, Operations

GM Operations for a Leading Educational Institution based in Klang Valley.

Our client is a leading education group with a strong emphasis on academic excellence and holistic development. Known for high standards in operations, innovation, and stakeholder engagement across its international school network.

Your new role

You will lead and oversee daily operations for the international school, ensuring smooth and efficient management of non-academic functions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with education standards, safety regulations, and school policies
  • Collaborating closely with support teams across budgeting, staffing and vendor management to deliver a seamless student and parent experience

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of proven leadership experience in education management
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems, procedures, and standards in educational institutions; international school experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
