Your new role


What you'll need to succeed

As the Process Improvement Lead, you will be an individual contributor supporting the entire organisation. Parked under the Transformation Team, your mission is to identify and implement end-to-end operational process enhancements across departments. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver measurable improvements in turnaround time, cost-effectiveness, and overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving alignment with integration plans and presenting improvement roadmaps
  • Designing enterprise-wide operational improvement strategies
  • Leading select process improvement initiatives and implementations
  • Developing templates and methodologies for best-in-class practices
  • Building capacity and capability programs to support change
  • Ensuring accountability across end-to-end operating processes
  • Managing operational risk, compliance, and governance
  • Supporting the go-to-market strategy through operational model integration
  • Overseeing process governance, change control, and continuous improvement
  • Chairing the Process Forum and maintaining custody of process artefacts
Key requirements:
  • 7–8 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within general insurance
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in JIRA and Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, AI, or RPA is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Must be a local candidate (not open to expats)
  • Willingness to be bought out if currently employed
