1. Strategic Sales & Market Leadership: Lead pre-sales strategy, engage clients with tailored solution roadmaps, and represent the company at industry events to drive visibility and growth.
2. End-to-End Project & Tender Oversight: Spearhead large-scale Medical IT tenders and projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and timely delivery through strong governance and risk management.
3. Solution Architecture & Technology Governance: Design and implement scalable, secure, and interoperable healthcare IT systems—ranging from EMR to Smart Hospital platforms—aligned with global standards and clinical workflows.
4. Innovation & Ecosystem Development: Build strategic partnerships, expand the digital health portfolio with emerging technologies (AI, telehealth, predictive analytics), and lead go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Extensive Leadership in Healthcare IT: Over 15 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Medical IT and 8+ years in senior leadership roles driving digital transformation and large-scale healthcare projects.
2. Proven Expertise in Sales & Project Delivery: Strong track record in solution architecture, sales enablement, and successful execution of complex healthcare IT projects, including public and private sector tenders.
3. Deep Industry Network & Market Insight: Well-connected with hospital decision-makers, medical tech vendors, and healthcare regulators, with hands-on experience in procurement and ecosystem development.
4. Brings deep knowledge of healthcare IT and clinical informatics standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, SNOMED CT, ICD-10), with hands-on experience in cybersecurity, compliance (HIPAA, PDPA, JCI, HIMSS), and specialised systems including ADC, ICCA, CCIS, Capsule/Ascom connectivity, and HIS integration.
