Your new role

Based in Sungai Buloh, this position will be based in the school site covering the full spectrum of human resources. You will be required to be hands-on in leading recruitment, training, performance management and any IR/ER matters. Working together with the group level, payroll will be centralised and your role will just be checking. You will also support in providing data/information for workforce planning and any group level initiatives they intend to roll out. Other than that, this position plays a crucial role in improving the culture and employee experience through engagement and other means.

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably more than 7-years work experience in full spectrum human resources

• Must have experience full spectrum in recruitment, training and ir/er at minimum

• Must be from the education industry, open to those from non-profit organisation

• Must speak well, collaborative and willing to be based in Sungai Buloh
