Your new role
As a People Experience Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals across the APAC region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. This role involves both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational support, including lifecycle HR processes, regional compliance, and people development initiatives. You will also contribute to global projects and use data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and drive performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, preferably with exposure to the oil & gas or IT industries. The ideal candidate is a proactive and independent HR professional with a strong execution mindset. You are comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments, balancing strategic focus with hands-on delivery. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust and collaborate across cultures. A passion for continuous improvement and creating a positive workplace culture will set you apart.
