As part of their continued commitment to operational excellence and data integrity, they are seeking a Master Data Manager to lead their regional data governance initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, security, and strategic use of master data.


Your new role

As the Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of master data management across APAC. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention across all business units. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a regional master data team
  • Developing and executing master data strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security across SAP system.
  • Implementing fraud prevention protocols and risk mitigation strategies
  • Overseeing compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards
  • Driving data-related projects and supporting SAP implementations


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a multinational environment
  • Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems and master data management
  • Deep understanding of compliance standards and fraud prevention strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Mandarin language proficiency is essential
