Your new role

Responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the company’s CSR strategy and programs but not limited to:

• Strategic CSR Leadership: You will create and execute a CSR strategy that is in sync with our company's core values, sustainability objectives, and the expectations of our stakeholders

• External Partnership Development: You will build and sustain robust partnerships with external groups, including nonprofits, community representatives, government bodies, and other businesses, to amplify our social impact.

• Project Management and Evaluation: You will be responsible for the planning, management, and evaluation of all community projects, environmental programs, and employee-led initiatives to ensure they deliver demonstrable outcomes.

• Internal Engagement and Culture: You will lead programs that promote employee engagement and volunteering, thereby encouraging a company culture committed to social responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed

• CSR & Sustainability Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR principles, ESG frameworks, sustainable development goals (SDGs), and community engagement practices.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organisational change.

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in CSR, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, or community development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
