As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead site-based execution of large-scale solar developments.

Your new role

• Leading site operations and coordinating with contractors and internal teams
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Reporting progress and resolving site-level challenges
• Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders during execution

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in managing large-scale solar or high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, civil works, and electrical installations
• Willingness to be based full-time at project sites (Northern/East Coast regions)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
