A permanent System Analyst role in a Kuala Lumpur based global financial technology institution delivering end-to-end solutions in a dynamic tech environment.

Your new company
A global financial technology institution located in Kuala Lumpur focusing on delivering scalable digital solutions across Asia. The team drives end-to-end development of enterprise platforms, supporting regional projects through agile collaboration and modern engineering practices.

Your new role
As a key member of the Solution Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of in-house applications, including requirement gathering, system design, development, deployment, and ongoing support. You will also be at the forefront of providing technical expertise to regional stakeholders across multiple countries and assist with system monitoring and standby support.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have at least 3–5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot and API development, with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end development, from requirement gathering to production release, will be a strong asset.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, containerised applications (Docker/Kubernetes), and ReactJS is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn
