Your new role

As a People Investigator (AVP), you will be responsible for managing and resolving sensitive employee conduct, grievance, and workplace behaviour matters. You’ll conduct investigations to support disciplinary and appeal processes, and produce detailed reports based on your findings. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of HR Advisory, within a small, focused team.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have experience in HR investigations and handling employee grievances. Exposure to ER/IR practices is advantageous. Ideal candidates come from MNCs or large-scale organisations and possess strong report writing and communication skills. Professional maturity and the ability to work in a hybrid environment are also valued.
