You will be joining the largest SEA aluminium producer, which was founded in Malaysia. The team is looking for an experienced IT Operations team member to join their office in Shah Alam.

Your new role

You will be the backbone of the technical operations, ensuring the computer and network systems run seamlessly. You will troubleshoot issues, perform essential maintenance, and provide critical support to our end-users.

• Troubleshoot, analyse, and configure computer and network systems.

• Perform timely maintenance, repair, and replacement of technical components.

• Provide attentive and swift support to resolve end-user technical issues.

• Administer and maintain computer networks, hardware, and software.

• Implement and coordinate network security measures to protect data.

• Monitor network performance and adjust as needed for optimal operation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years in an IT Operation/ IT Infrastructure role

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.

• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for end-user support.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
