Your new company

This FinTech which has a strong global presence in the Trading industry, with 500+ employees across offices in MEA, SEA & EU. They now established an office in Malaysia to expand their Business Operations in serving their 220,000+ daily users from 170+ countries. Among other functions - building a local Design Team from scratch, starting with a Head of Design.

Your new role

As the Head of Design, you will have the opportunity to be the pioneer member of their local UX/UI Design team. Working alongside a close knitted team including the Head of Product & CEO/CTO, you will help establish the company's user journey of their digital platforms (mobile app, website, webapp, etc).

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong end-to-end Design experience from UX to UI
• Strong people management experience in hiring, growing and leading Designers from scratch
• Experience being in fast-growth Start-ups and/or Product Driven companies are highly advantageous
