Your new role

  • To carry out an in-depth TNA & Skills assessment
  • Manage end to end HRDC Funds
  • This person will need to work on the Leadership Development Program for supervisors, middle management and senior management levels.
  • Champion for the LMS system
  • Support on HR Projects such as deploying the site team regionally for capability building.
  • Support in building a future ready workforce

What you'll need to succeed

  • In depth industry experience in heavy industries

  • Managerial experience
