Your new role
In this role, the following are what you will be doing:
Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Asian markets
Champion a major HR transformation project: from decentralised legacy systems to a harmonised, performance-driven culture
Oversee HRIS enhancement (Workday) and job evaluation revamp
Drive change management initiatives and cultural alignment across diverse teams
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the future of HR in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing HR teams in China and across Asia
Fluent in Mandarin to effectively engage with regional stakeholders
Strong people leadership—experience managing HR Managers and senior HR professionals
