Your new role

In this role, the following are what you will be doing:

• Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Asian markets
• Champion a major HR transformation project: from decentralised legacy systems to a harmonised, performance-driven culture
• Oversee HRIS enhancement (Workday) and job evaluation revamp
• Drive change management initiatives and cultural alignment across diverse teams
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the future of HR in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing HR teams in China and across Asia
• Fluent in Mandarin to effectively engage with regional stakeholders
• Strong people leadership—experience managing HR Managers and senior HR professionals
