Your new role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy across the organization.

• Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.

• Oversee the deployment and management of advanced security technologies and solutions.

• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to secure both IT and operational systems.

• Advise senior leadership on cybersecurity risks and strategic mitigation plans.

• Drive organization-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive cybersecurity experience, ideally 10+ years, with a proven track record in leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Hands-on expertise in managing security operations, incident response, and technology implementation.

• Ability to navigate complex environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
