Your new role

• Present and promote high-quality technical products and assurance practices to strengthen market positioning
• Identify and engage new business prospects while gathering insights on market needs
• Collaborate with internal service teams to resolve contractual discrepancies through direct client communication
• Handle submission of product samples and collection of technical documentation
• Manage order processing and provide post-sales support focused on quality assurance
• Deliver timely and accurate quotations to prospective clients
• Support customer quality-related matters, including participation in client meetings
• Oversee payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to speak Mandarin as the key supplier and clients are from China

• At least 2 years of sales experience

• Has experience in packaging / labelling / cap and closure business or related field
