You will be joining a global paint and coatings company dedicated to creating a better world through sustainable and innovative surface solutions. They are seeking a talented IT professional to join their team in Malaysia and contribute to their regional IT operations.

Your new role

• Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networks, virtualisation).
• Administer and evolve Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, Exchange).
• Manage network architecture (Firewall, VLAN) and implement IT security best practices.
• Participate in IT projects, provide technical advice, and develop disaster recovery plans.
• Deliver end-user support, training, and create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Perform system rollouts and provide support for operations in other countries.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with IT infrastructure management and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft systems (Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange).
• Familiarity with virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (Firewall, VLAN) and IT security concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, provide technical support, and create documentation.
