Your new role
Manage and expand export sales across designated international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export targets
Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with international partners
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote brand visibility
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
Strong understanding of international trade practices and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets
