Network Engineer Tier-3

This role is with a global leader in connectivity and technology solutions, powering mission-critical infrastructure for the financial trading industry.

Your New Role
  • Designing, integrating, implementing, testing, and commissioning data networking projects across L2, L3, SIP, and optical core backbone networks.
  • Providing technical consultation and guidance for new projects, ensuring optimal core and backbone capacity planning.
  • Diagnosing and resolving inefficiencies and instabilities in the core network, including chronic and major faults affecting customer services, in collaboration with Tier-2 teams.
  • Delivering expert technical support for both data and voice networks, responding to and resolving customer service incidents with precision and urgency.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering, with a proven ability to design and support complex infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with core networking protocols and technologies, including BGP, MPLS, QoS, and NAT.
  • Deep knowledge of IP, SIP Voice, and DWDM platforms.
  • Good working knowledge of Cisco (minimum CCNP certification), Nokia (NRS), and DWDM optical equipment.
  • Solid expertise in L2/L3 routing and switching, including MPLS technologies.
  • Comfortable working in AMERS and EMEA time zones as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to incident management and service resolution.
