Your new role

As the HR Director, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS Management, Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Regulatory, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and general administration. You will play a pivotal role in driving integration, standardisation, and process improvement. This includes managing regulatory audits, implementing best practices, and leading cultural alignment across the organisation. The role demands a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, ready to partner closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position, ideally as Head of HR or HR Director

  • Proven success in leading change management, integration, and cultural transformation

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide executive stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience across all HR pillars, with a track record in Compensation & Benefits, especially in harmonising C&B structures across different entities.

  • Experience in the education sector is preferred, but candidates from similarly structured industries with strong leadership credentials will be considered.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment – this role is not for someone seeking stability.
