Your new role
As the HR Director, you will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS Management, Talent Acquisition, Compliance & Regulatory, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and general administration. You will play a pivotal role in driving integration, standardisation, and process improvement. This includes managing regulatory audits, implementing best practices, and leading cultural alignment across the organisation. The role demands a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, ready to partner closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position, ideally as Head of HR or HR Director
Proven success in leading change management, integration, and cultural transformation
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and guide executive stakeholders
Hands-on experience across all HR pillars, with a track record in Compensation & Benefits, especially in harmonising C&B structures across different entities.
Experience in the education sector is preferred, but candidates from similarly structured industries with strong leadership credentials will be considered.
Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment – this role is not for someone seeking stability.
