Your new role
As Senior Manager, Business Development (APAC), you will spearhead regional expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and lead market penetration efforts for their sterilisation solutions. You will be the face of their growth strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
Develop and execute APAC-wide business development strategies for sterilisation processes and sterile goods.
Identify new market opportunities and lead end-to-end deal execution
Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, distributors, and regulatory bodies
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align offerings with market needs
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Deliver quarterly growth targets and provide market intelligence to leadership
What you'll need to succeed
Open to talents outside of Malaysia, including Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, US, Switzerland, Beijing and Shanghai, New Zealand,
China, South Korea, Japan, Suzhou, Taiwan, Spain, UK, Germany, France, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam
Regional experience in APAC markets (at least 2 countries)
Proven expertise in sterilisation technologies or sterile product solutions
Strong network within healthcare, biotech, or industrial sterilisation sectors
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel across APAC as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
