An internationally recognised industrial technology firm is looking for a Senior Process & Manufacturing Engineer to join its operations team in Perai. In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to improve production efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating design-for-manufacturing reviews, initiating PFMEA, and resolving engineering issues through structured failure analysis. You will also oversee the design and qualification of assembly tools and fixtures, manage documentation and approvals, and support pilot runs to ensure process capability aligns with engineering and customer expectations. Additionally, you’ll provide guidance and training to technicians to elevate their technical skills and ensure continuous improvement.

• A degree in Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing process development.

• Proven experience in process development, tooling design, and qualification

• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation systems and continuous improvement methodologies
