Your new role
As Head of Bid Management, you will oversee the full bid lifecycle—driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across complex, multi-stakeholder submissions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams including sales, presales, delivery, and subject-matter experts to ensure timely, high-quality proposals that meet customer needs and business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading bid strategy and execution across multiple concurrent opportunities
Reviewing RFPs, managing approvals, budgets, and risk assessments
Aligning stakeholders and securing internal commitment for proposed solutions
Developing scalable templates and content for professional, repeatable submissions
Conducting post-bid analysis and leading performance reviews to drive improvement
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in bid management or related functions
At least 3+ years’ experience managing teams
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines
Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Demonstrated success in improving bid quality, efficiency, and win-rate
