Your New Role
As Head of Facilities Management, you will serve as the single point of contact for the client and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are met and world-class service delivery is achieved. You will:
- Lead a transformative team seeking new frontiers in client experience.
- Develop and execute strategies for facilities management and consistent service delivery.
- Track SLAs and KPIs and drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 15 years of Facilities Management experience with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Actively involved in the testing and commissioning of state-of-the-art facilities in Tier 1 buildings.
- Comprehensive experience in client engagement, customer experience, and workplace management
