Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Perform operation maintenance on Office 365 and all relevant service such as Azure AD connect
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Office 365
• Troubleshooting / Coordinating / Supporting Microsoft 365 Applications, Teams, Onedrive, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI and all other features on office365 portal
• Digitalize and mobilize and achieve lean workflow
• Utilize the tools to drive efficiency, collaboration, productivity, engagement within Spritzer Group (Malaysia & China)
• Stay current on Microsoft Office 365 roadmap / announcement / upgrade and share info as and when necessary
• Provide end user training on office 365
• Develop training / solution documentation for knowledge transfer
• Involve in system testing activities for business users
• Monitor and generate monthly usage report to Digital Workplace Solution Lead
• Continuously work on improvement
• Able to develop and maintain solution using Microsoft 365 technologies in power platform such as power apps, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure performance and efficiency.
