Job Title: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud-based CRM solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online), Power Platform, and financial services integration. You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud Development:
  Architect and implement cloud-first CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Financial Services Integration:
  Integrate D365 CRM with core banking systems, financial platforms, and third-party APIs to streamline customer data and financial workflows.
• Customization & Compliance:
  Configure entities, forms, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to align with financial regulations and operational requirements.
• Security & Governance:
  Enforce role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and audit trails to ensure secure handling of sensitive financial data.
• Automation & Insights:
  Leverage Power Automate for process automation and Power BI for real-time financial dashboards, risk analytics, and fraud detection.
• Technical Leadership:
  Provide architectural guidance, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers in Dynamics 365 CRM cloud implementations.
• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor and optimize CRM performance to support high-volume financial transactions and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud/Online) within financial services.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Dataverse , and API integrations .
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript , and CRM SDK.
• Experience with SSRS , Power BI , and SQL Server for financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SSIS , KingswaySoft , and XRMToolBox for data migration and integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
