Your new role

• Leading maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant functioning of all plant equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Oversee daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues swiftly, and manage preventive schedules to minimise downtime and enhance reliability.
• Coordinate engineering projects including equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and facility improvements, while contributing to budgeting and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts through lean methodologies, energy-saving programs, and cost-efficiency strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering technical growth, operational discipline, and a high-performance culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. FMCG manufacturing is an added advantage.

• Experience in production equipment maintenance and plant utilities.

• Strong leadership capability
