Manager, Communications and Organizational Change Management (OCM)
What you will do:
Lead communication and organizational change within Global Business Services, improving internal engagement and developing impactful employer branding strategies for the Greater Asia Shared Service Center. Partners with the global "Hire to Retire" service line (HR Service Delivery Operations) within GBS to drive meaningful communications and change adoption.
You will collaborate with a wide variety of teams in the GASSC, engage across Greater Asia, and throughout GBS to drive engagement within the GASSC, and lead successful change adoption for GBS initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a Shared Service Function (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS)
Leadership experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (is ideal)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
