Your new role
As Vice President, Product for Personal Lines, you will take full ownership of portfolio management across General Insurance products such as Motor, Home, and Personal Accident. You will adopt a strategic and data-driven approach to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. This includes leading market analysis, tracking consumer and competitive trends, and incorporating these insights into pricing and profitability forecasts. You will also be responsible for shaping and executing a well-balanced product portfolio mix that maximises long-term growth, performance, and customer value in the Personal Lines segment.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics or related disciplines
- 10–15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on product development/underwriting, especially in Personal Lines (e.g., motor, travel, home, PA)
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior management and external partners.
