Your new role

As the VP of Hr, you will be tasked with:

• Developing and implementing a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and future workforce needs.
• Lead talent acquisition, development and retention initiatives to build a high-performing, diverse and engaged workforce.
• Oversee organisational design, succession planning and leadership development across business units.
• Drive cultural transformation, employee engagement, and change management programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices across all operating regions.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on people-related matters and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead HR digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

An ideal candidate would have:

• Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role within a multinational, matrixed organisation.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organisational development, and global HR operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or the industrial sectors would be an advantage.
