The role builds workforce plans to close talent gaps and optimise the organisation’s workforce in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

Background in Talent management & Talent Acquisition
Lead and develop comprehensive Talent Management and Talent Mobilisation strategies
Experience in handling the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Develop and implement succession planning strategies to create a pipeline of successors,
