Your new role

Responsible for leading the Talent Management Department, including the development of strategic workforce planning and workforce rationalisation initiatives.

The role builds workforce plans to close talent gaps and optimise the organisation’s workforce in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in Talent management & Talent Acquisition

• Lead and develop comprehensive Talent Management and Talent Mobilisation strategies

• Experience in handling the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee

• Develop and implement succession planning strategies to create a pipeline of successors,

• Oversee graduate employment programmes & internship programmes
