A leading healthcare organisation with a strong presence across Malaysia and Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. This role is based in Johor Bahru and focuses on the southern region, covering Johor and Melaka. The company is known for its innovative, non-ethical pharmaceutical products and strong partnerships with distributors and wholesalers.
Your new role
As the Sales Executive, you will:
Manage and grow trade business across Johor and Melaka, with Johor as the key contributor.
Work closely with distributors and wholesalers, including major accounts like Eco Shop.
Conduct monthly and quarterly promotional planning.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and relationship management.
Travel to Melaka at least twice a month, with the rest of your time focused on Johor.
Report directly to the Hiring Manager, and collaborate with a supportive team structure.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG or ethical pharma sales.
Strong distributor and trade channel management skills.
A Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to the nature of client interactions.
Excellent interpersonal and planning skills.
