The organisation is known for its commitment to innovation, ethical standards, and patient-centric solutions, particularly in the neuroscience therapeutic area.
Your new role
Support the Business Unit Head in managing sales operations and territory strategy.
Lead account planning and execution to drive patient access and meet sales targets.
Manage key strategic accounts, including restructured hospitals and private specialist clinics.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular feedback to management.
Align and execute marketing activities and business plans within your territory.
Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and ethical marketing standards.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, especially in government sectors.
A tertiary qualification (preferably in Science, Medicine, or Business).
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and influence decision-makers.
A valid Class 3/3A driving licence and your own transport.
Experience in neuroscience therapeutic areas is an added advantage.
