Your new role

As a Client Manager, you’ll lead sales and marketing efforts across IT products, services, and maintenance solutions. You’ll collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies, identify and cultivate customer needs, and expand the client base in both established and emerging markets. From project implementation to payment collection, you’ll manage the full sales cycle while fostering internal collaboration and delivering on growth targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or client management
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Chinese, and Malay
• Proven ability to meet and exceed commercial targets
• Knowledge of virtualisation systems and Microsoft solutions is an advantage.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
