Your new role
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Prepare financial reports for the Asia Region to Head Office & Local regulators
- Experience implementing cost-cutting initiatives and driving process improvements (Partner with regional stakeholders & will be leading finance projects)
- Will act as a strategic leader for finance to advise Business Units within Asia o
- Lead a team of 10–15 people
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of reporting/full set of accounts experience (Banking or Financial Services SSC Background)
- Strong leadership experience leading a team
- Hands-on experience in cost-reduction activities & process improvements
- Mandarin proficiency is a good to have – liaise with regional counterparts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or equivalent is good to have
