My client is a leading company in the aerospace industry, providing cutting-edge solutions for the manufacturing of aerospace components, based in Negeri Sembilan. They are looking for a hands-on maintenance engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

Your new role

• Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, while maintaining accurate records of all activities.

• Support equipment improvements by collaborating on design changes, spare parts planning, and performance analysis.

• Supervise contractors, ensure safe work practices, and manage technical documentation updates.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies while supporting audits and continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or technically related engineering field,

• Minimum 5 years work experience as a Maintenance/ Equipment/ Instrumentation Engineer in Heavy Industry.

• Ability to understand Plant P&ID, PFD or Electrical/Electronic circuitry,

• Ability to use ERP(CMMS) and Desktop applications,

• Know-how about the Machine’s Command and Control system, such as PLC, Variable Speed Control systems and other signal-related control systems.

• Knowledgeable about failure analysis and application of quality management tools such as FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, 8D..etc,
