They are now looking for a country nursing lead who is familiar with clinical standards, safety, and quality assurance to join their clinical team in Kuala Lumpur.

Your new role

As a country nursing lead, you’ll be coordinating the clinical care team and supporting teammates within the country. You will be responsible for the clinical performance of the company’s service teams as applicable within the country. Your role includes ensuring appropriate reporting of serious and critical adverse occurrences, promoting and leading the country's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities, and providing clinical leadership to operations leaders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in nursing
  • Track record in a management position (i.e., Head of Nursing, Nurse Manager, DoN, DDoN)
  • Candidates with renal experience are encouraged to apply
  • Outstanding skills in the use of spreadsheets (i.e., for QI-related data management)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
