Your new role

• Overseeing daily operations across production, supply chain, R&D, and QHSE.
• Leading strategic planning and execution to meet growth, profitability, and sustainability targets.
• Managing end-to-end manufacturing processes, including raw material sourcing, process optimisation, and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as industry certifications
• Leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with finance on budgeting, cost control, and capital investment planning

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in the oleochemical industry in a similar capacity managing operations.
• Strong operational background with expertise in production, supply chain, and quality systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
