As the Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the company’s end-to-end warehousing and distribution strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient handling of FMCG & Pharmaceutical products, from raw material intake to final product dispatch. This includes overseeing inventory accuracy, optimising warehouse layout and flow, and ensuring that all operations align with stringent regulatory and quality standards. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Your ability to anticipate operational challenges, implement scalable solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally will be key to driving excellence and resilience across the supply chain.
