• Performance & KPIs: Monitor shipowners’ performance and develop KPIs to drive continuous operational improvement, ensuring optimal ship turnaround per contract.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with shipowners, brokers, shippers, and terminals to ensure smooth bulk shipping operations and resolve issues as needed.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops on shipping topics like laytime calculation and post/fixtures to enhance personnel knowledge.
• Processes & Financial Oversight: Implement guidelines, SLAs, and cost monitoring for bulk operations, and ensure timely processing of freight invoices and claims.
• Safety & Business Readiness: Ensure compliance with bulk cargo safety codes, support logistics planning, and integrate new business into operations for optimal service.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree/professional qualification (e.g., ICS/CILT), BS or BA degree in business management, supply chain management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Parcel tanker operations, covering fixture, post-fixture and demurrage computation.
• Exposure working on chemicals (tankers, charter party)
