Your new role

You will be working on providing BAU support for the team and will act as the first point of contact for platform-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:-

Perform day-to-day support, investigate business application incidents and update stakeholders on root causes and solutions.
Conduct quality checks, provide bug fix recommendations and attend to change requests.
Communicates effectively and shares knowledge across business-as-usual (BAU) support and project delivery teams.

What you'll need to succeed

3–5 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Power Automate and Power Apps
Exposure to low code scripts such as HTML, Javascript and CSS
Understanding of SLA
