Your new role
An exciting opportunity to lead medical pricing initiatives at a top-tier life insurer. This role focusses on driving pricing strategy for medical products, ensuring regulatory and actuarial soundness, and supporting innovative product development. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, distribution, and claims, with direct reporting to senior leadership. Ideal for someone with strong technical pricing experience in medical insurance and a desire for regional exposure and strategic impact.

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong technical background in actuarial pricing, particularly within medical or health insurance products
- Minimum 6–8 years of actuarial experience, ideally with team management exposure
- Good progress in actuarial exams;
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, product design, and pricing methodologies
- Experience working with Prophet/Excel models and conducting experience studies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to work cross-functionally with product, distribution, and finance teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence business decisions
