Your new role

As HR Director, you will be the strategic leader of the HR function in Malaysia. You will act as a business partner to the senior leadership team, balancing generalist HR expertise with strong OD capabilities, advocating change and transformation to strengthen employee engagement and embed best practices. You will be involved in designing and implementing frameworks and policies to drive business growth and talent development.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you must have:

• Proven track record in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Strong experience managing unionised environments and industrial relations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cultural transformation and employee engagement programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional HR qualifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
