Your new role
A leading financial institution is seeking a Shareholding Reporting Assistant Manager to support its regulatory reporting and data governance functions. In this role, you’ll manage large data sets, ensure accurate data mapping, and collaborate across Compliance, Operations, IT, and Data teams to deliver timely and reliable reporting outputs. You’ll perform reconciliations, monitor operational processes, and implement changes to meet evolving regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting business continuity and risk management initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
3–4 years of experience in shareholding reporting, compliance monitoring, or regulatory reporting within financial services.
Strong working knowledge of data platforms, market data providers, and reporting processes.
Proficiency in MS Power Platform, automation tools, and programming languages such as XML or HTML.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of risk awareness and mitigation.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional Asian or European language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage cross-functional projects, and adapt to regulatory changes with agility.
