About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage a major retail accounts within the FMCG sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, optimise account performance, and deliver exceptional results through strategic planning and execution.


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will develop and implement business plans, manage promotions, and maximise product visibility to ensure sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver agreed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Manage operational aspects Including order facilitation, inventory control, merchandising, and on-shelf availability.
  • Develop comprehensive business and sales plans based on account and market insights.
  • Execute planned promotional activities and customised events for key accounts.
  • Maximise distribution and visibility of products within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellence in in-store execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide timely updates and reports.

About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in commercial functions such as Sales or Trade Marketing, with proven expertise in Key Account Management within FMCG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
