You will be joining a globally leading brand, working in their shared services hub based in Kuala Lumpur. Your office is highly accessible by public transport.


Your new role

  • Manage inventory and service targets for a portfolio of external manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and execute production plans
  • Oversee outbound shipments and delivery coordination
  • Issue and track purchase orders
  • Maintain SAP data and planning tools
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely supply and resolve disruptions.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (around JLPT N2 level or above, focusing on at least listening and writing)
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain / procurement / order management / production or related
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with Power BI would be an advantage.
