Senior Executive/AVP - Compensation and Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities
As C&B personnel, you will be overseeing these main aspects
Compensation & Benefits:
Maintain and update the Human Capital Manual.
Review compensation frameworks and benefit plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
Lead performance management and annual review processes.
Manage insurance renewals, SOCSO claims, and monitor budgets.
Payroll:
Oversee monthly payroll cycles and vendor management.
Ensure accurate year-end tax filings and statutory compliance.
Expatriate Administration:
Handle end-to-end expatriate processes including permits, relocation, and regulatory approvals.
Reporting & Systems:
Prepare regulatory reports and monthly HR analytics.
Maintain accurate employee data and monitor HR/payroll system performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
5–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in banking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and draft clear Board papers.
