Senior Executive/AVP - Compensation and Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities

As C&B personnel, you will be overseeing these main aspects

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Maintain and update the Human Capital Manual.

  • Review compensation frameworks and benefit plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.

  • Lead performance management and annual review processes.

  • Manage insurance renewals, SOCSO claims, and monitor budgets.

Payroll:

  • Oversee monthly payroll cycles and vendor management.

  • Ensure accurate year-end tax filings and statutory compliance.

Expatriate Administration:

  • Handle end-to-end expatriate processes including permits, relocation, and regulatory approvals.

  • Reporting & Systems:

  • Prepare regulatory reports and monthly HR analytics.

  • Maintain accurate employee data and monitor HR/payroll system performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in banking.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and draft clear Board papers.
