• This role will execute training for key accounts.
• Support in developing new L&D Modules & training materials for the specific key accounts.
• Support continuous improvement on the current framework and modules.
• Must have end-to-end HRDC knowledge

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have good Data Analysis skills, managing budgets, assessing training efficacy
• Mandarin Proficiency
